1) Online reservations can be made for the same day, but must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
2) Please keep in mind that we take reservations. We do not take appointments. Unlike an appointment, our reservations do not guarantee an exact appointment time. A reservation does ensure that you will be placed ahead of walk-in clients who are waiting. What this means is that you may have to wait 5 or 10 minutes, but you'll never have to wait longer than it takes for a barber to finish the client who is in his/her chair when you arrive. Reservations can be made with a specific barber, but also for the first available barber. If it appears someone has been taken ahead of you, it is because they have a reservation with a specific barber.
3) We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Clients who are waiting take priority over reservations who are late. If you are late for your reservation, you will be placed on the waiting list and will be called after clients who arrived before you are served. If you are going to be late or miss your reservation, please call us and let us know.
4) Your online reservation is confirmed, unless you receive a phone call from us.
While no system is perfect, we believe our reservations policy allows us to offer you a time-saving convenience. Of course, we're not a "fancy $40 haircut with a glass of wine" kind of place, so we cannot guarantee that you will be seen at exactly the time you request. Please allow a little extra time for your haircut. On average, our haircuts take 20-25 minutes, so when you make a reservation, you'll normally be out the door in thirty minutes or less.
