Tracy has been a Master Barber for 30ish years and specializes in fades, flattops, and tapers. He’s also highly skilled with a straight razor. Born with the “how hard can it be a gene,” after 20 years of construction, Shawn decided to spice it up and enter the world of Barbering. There’s nothing better than seeing a big toothy grin on a guest after a job well done! He considers myself more “outsidey” than “outdoorsy" and prides himself on being a cereal aficionado, lover of pop tarts, and his 27-minute gym routine. Shawn recently moved to Atlanta and love hearing about all the “hidden gems” and “must-do’s” in the area.

David has been cutting men’s hair for over three decades. He has served as director of operations and training for a national chain of barbershops and his work has appeared in Modern Salon, and American Salon. David’s specialties are traditional barbering combined with modern techniques. David is also a successful actor and has appeared on numerous television shows and movies, including Ozark, NCIS: New Orleans, The Walking Dead, Dopesick, A Biltmore Christmas, Hillbilly Elegy, and The Righteous Gemstones (see more on his acting website).

David also set a Guinness World Record on NBC’s Today Show by shaving the most number of heads in one hour to promote childhood cancer awareness on behalf of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Joshua D is the newest member of our Ansley team. With a background as a stylist, he’s the man to see if you’re looking for something long or trendy, but he’s also great with traditional barber styles as well.

Dave is an Atlanta native and spent eight years in the US Navy bands - every girl's father's worst nightmare.... both musician AND sailor!

When he is not cutting hair, Dave is a Licensed Barber Instructor and can be found bringing up the next generation of Barbers.

A self-proclaimed "Barber Nerd," Dave enjoys studying with Barbers across the country and around the world, most notably at various Barber Trade Shows and The Old School Barber Academy just outside Amsterdam.

Outside of the Barber world, Dave spends time trying out restaurants and bars, or is at Atlanta United matches down at the end of the pitch with all the rowdier fans waving flags, throwing beers at each other, and shouting F-bombs in unison.

(Pro tip: you can bribe him with caffeine, especially a good espresso martini).

When life serves you Lemons… get a great haircut. Alicia has been cutting men’s hair for a decade and is ready to serve you. She is warm, funny, and will give you a kick ass haircut!

The Reverend Josh  loved American Haircuts so much, he went to barber school and came to work for us! He gets this whole American Haircuts thing and will give you an amazing cut and a hard time on top of it. Josh also serves as our Regional Director of Personnel.

Note: Josh cuts hair at all locations, so if you can’t find a spot with him here, check other shops nearby.

When Phil isn’t greeting clients or sweeping up hair, he can be found on a television or film set. He can be seen in movies such as Juror #2 and in television shows such as Genius, Monsters, and First Wives Club. Of course, he’s not famous and hasn’t won any awards, which is why you can see him seeping hair in the barbershop.
