We’ve switched to an all-new app and online booking platform that will make booking and managing appointments with American Haircuts MUCH easier. Please take a moment to delete your current American Haircuts iPhone App and any bookmarks you for our old appointment page you may have.
We’ve rolled out a brand new booking website and app! We think you're going to love it. Please delete your old American Haircuts app and bookmarks! Here's what's new:
A much easier booking flow! Select your location, select your barber, and choose your time. That's it! It's super fast and intuitive and the SAME on the web, mobile, or app!
No more passwords! Our new app and site won't require you to remember or enter passwords or usernames. Instead, all you need is your name, phone number, and email. Of course, you can create an account to manage your appointments, but it’s up to you!
Appointment Notifications Your Way. You can choose email, text, or push message to receive appointment reminders. No more being bombarded with reminders!
Barber Waiting List. If your favorite barber is booked and you really need a haircut on the day, you can add yourself to the waitlist and get automatically notified if someone cancels so you can grab that spot.
It’s Secure. Our new system is also used by military barbershops, so it has to meet the Pentagon’s standards for cyber security, so that’s kinda cool.
Pre-Paid Appointments. Sending your kid or someone else in you'd like to pre-pay for? You can do that now! Note: When pre-paying, which you can do for any appointment, there is a $1 booking fee, which goes to our service provider (not to us or your barber). To avoid the fee, choose the pay at the store option and use your card as usual at checkout!

Don't worry; if you HAD an appointment on the books, our new provider HAS TRANSFERRED your information, including all future appointments, to the new system. All gift card balances HAve transferred as well!
Note: One caveat to the new system is that they could not transfer past appointments, stored payment methods, or loyalty earnings into the new system. Our old provider won't allow us to export that data because they want to "encourage" us to stay. Imagine that?
With the transition to the new system, we'll be discontinuing our Loyalty Cash Back Program. Instead, we'll earn your loyalty the old-fashioned way... by giving you great haircuts and a fun experience that makes you want to come back!
